"Chaque année, je constate avec regret que 15 à 20 % des étudiants (1 étudiants sur 5) inscrits en parcours de formation avec alternance ne trouvent pas d'entreprise, et ce, malgré le soutien des réseaux et partenariats de leurs Centres de Formation. Cette situation m'est apparue insupportable, et il m'était impossible de rester inactif face à un tel constat.

C'est cette motivation profonde qui m'a poussé à créer la formation "Chasseur d'Alternance", une formation conçue spécifiquement pour vous, étudiants, à un prix abordable. Mon objectif est de vous donner les outils et la méthode nécessaire pour transformer votre recherche en succès. J'espère sincèrement vous voir réussir et trouver l'alternance que vous méritez."

L'objectif de la formation:

Le programme Chasseur d'Alternance est conçu pour donner aux étudiants les outils et l'accompagnement nécessaires pour trouver l'alternance de leurs rêves. L'objectif est de les rendre autonomes et efficaces dans leur recherche. La formation vise à transformer leurs recherches en succès !

Contenu de la formation:

La formation se déroule sur 1 journées (7heures) intensives en présentiel, suivies d'un accompagnement personnalisé de 30 jours. Le programme est structuré autour de 4 modules principaux . Les lieux et dates des formations sont communiqués sur la page programme de formation. (Chaque session accueille 10 personnes au maximum)

Immersion dans l'univers de l'alternance: Les étudiants découvriront les différents types de contrats, leurs avantages et le système d'alternance pour se démarquer auprès des recruteurs.

Construction de votre profil candidat : Les participants analyseront leurs projets professionnels pour mieux se présenter à un recruteur. Ils apprendront à créer, rédiger et personnaliser leur CV pour attirer l'attention des recruteurs et obtenir un rendez-vous. Ils seront former aux différentes techniques de recherches d'alternances (comment chercher, organiser ses recherches et suivre ses recherches). Ils participeront à des entrainements de simulations d'entretiens de recrutement et maximiseront leurs chances de transformations d'embauches.
